Yes Bank Ltd, operating in the Financial Services (Non-Bank Finance) sector, demonstrates a mixed financial performance. The bank exhibits strong growth, driven by robust increases in revenue, operating profit, and earnings per share. Its efficiency ratios, particularly Days Sales in Inventory and Receivable Days, also show positive trends. However, the bank faces challenges in liquidity, solvency, financial metrics, and profitability. Liquidity ratios are notably poor, indicating potential difficulties in meeting short-term obligations. Solvency ratios reflect a high level of debt, impacting the bank's financial stability. Profitability metrics, such as gross profit margin and return on assets, are also weak, suggesting operational inefficiencies. While coverage ratios are average, the overall financial health requires attention to address liquidity and profitability concerns. The bank's growth trajectory is promising, but sustainable improvements in core financial metrics are crucial for long-term success.

Yes Bank was founded in 2004 by Ashok Kapur and Rana Kapoor. It quickly expanded its operations and achieved significant growth in the Indian banking sector. However, between 2018 and 2020, the bank faced severe asset quality and governance challenges. In March 2020, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) intervened, superseded its board, and implemented a reconstruction scheme with substantial capital infusion from State Bank of India (SBI) and other financial institutions. Since then, under new leadership, the bank has been focused on strengthening its balance sheet, improving asset quality, and restoring depositor and investor confidence.
